I wrap well w/ quality padding and ship quickly the cheapest and safest way possible; using first class and flat rates if a better deal. I do add in the cost of insurance on items over to protect us both.
I  cheerfully take back returns IF I have made a mistake or missed damage but NOT for buyers remorse.
My items come from a smoke free but not a pet free home.
