    Folks before we start what a honor it was to meet this retired Police Captain from NYC ! Retired a month before 9/11 which he removed his tag which is OBSOLETE Retired Plate ! and he was glad to pass it on to you collectors!! see vintage 1970s? Heavy steel embossed !! Lettering ! 1876 NYC HA New York City Housing Authority!! Boy the stories he told me!! He should right a book !! As we continue please see all 12 photos as they are part of the description!! See in outstanding condition !! A slight bend in plate which straightens out when you’re flex it also check out the rainbow that is showing up in some of the photos which is not on the license plate just from taking photos cool 😉 Please if Any any ????
