The MiVoice Mitel 5340e IP Phone is a full-feature, applications telephone that features a large graphics display, embedded gigabit support, and 48 self-labeling keys that can be programmed as speed dial keys, line keys, or feature access keys. Thirteen fixed-function keys provide convenient one-touch access to commonly used telephony features, navigation keys and menus, as well as customizable user settings. The MiVoice 5340e IP Phone also has six contextual softkeys to help users easily navigate through telephony functions.

Please be sure all items are packed for safe travel. Items returned physically damaged in transit because of poor packing will not be accepted by Refurb-net.
Use a rigid box with flaps intact
Remove any labels, hazardous materials indicators, and other previous shipment markings on the box that are no longer applicable
Wrap all items separately using at least 2 inches of cushioned packing material
Pack items and all included pieces and documentation in a box, ensuring that the items are not touching the walls of the box
Place a copy of your RMA in the package
Use strong tape designed for shipping to seal you package
Use a single address label that includes clear, complete delivery and return information
