This is a complete RLD M84 kit that includes battery and charger.

The M84 power operating RLD laser range finder was developed
for locating targets on the battlefield from 80m to amazing 10,000
meters with high precision. It was made in Slovenian factory Iskra,
Kranj in former Yugoslavia. The device appeared as very
successful in the field and it is still in use by some units.
It uses a large, chargable 12V battery as a power source but it
can
also
be attached to an external source.

Maximum energy of 20MJ .
Pulse duration 15 nano seconds .
At the same time it can monitor two targets.
