Why I'm selling this: My mother no longer wants this, and neither do I.
Description: This is a hand-blown glass rabbit figurine purchased at the Hasenfus Glass Company store in Boothbay Harbor, Maine in the 1990s or early 2000s.  The late founder of this store (now out of business) has had his work featured at the Sandwich Glass Museum in Sandwich, Massachusetts, but I cannot claim that the owner was the maker of this piece; I think he had several family members and apprentices producing the little pieces while he focused on the grander items.  In any case, this was handmade in the U.S.A. and is no longer being made, in addition to its aesthetic merits.  This bunny has a clear body with purple-tinted paws, tail, and ears, as well as a black nose and black-and-white eyes.
This figurine has no defects.
