All orders ship immediately, generally within the same business day if placed before 2 P.M. EST. All items are in stock and ready to ship.

After your item ship a tracking number will immediately appear on your ebay account where you can easily track the shipping status. Please understand we have no control over the order at this point and cannot offer you any more information than what the specific shipping company indicates.
We only ship to the specific ebay or paypal approved address when you placed the order and cannot change this per ebay and paypal polices.
Any orders that get returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable because of a wrong address, you will be charged the orginal shipping fee to resend the package again. If at this point you request a refund, we will refund your payment minus the shipping costs.  If for the same reason we do not receive the item back
there is no refund.

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. All Items must be sent back in there original condition.
We cannot accept any products for a return or exchange once the seal has been removed.
