Authentic Blank Steel New York License Plate - Miscut - NY - Statue of Liberty

This is a blank NY license plate. As you can see it's been miscut.
Never stamped. It's very hard to see but the holograms are visible if they hit the light just right. There are some marks and scuffs on it from storage.
This is a very cool piece for any collection.
