For consideration is this resin bunny figurine from the Bunny Toes Collection by Pacific Rim Import and it is the Charter Edition, exclusively for Bunny Toes Collector’s Club members. This little bunny, dressed in dark blue coveralls, a red and white striped shirt and light blue vest, is hand painting “Clubhouse” in red paint on a board over the clubhouse door. The clubhouse is an old tree stump with a bird nest and eggs in the nest and 3 blue birds. In front are white flowers, red and yellow tulips and a can of red paint. In the back are more tulips, white flowers and purple morning glories growing up the back of the tree stump. This clubhouse figurine measures 3¼ inches tall, 3½ inches wide and 2¾ inches deep.
My best friend of 46 years is retiring and downsizing and of course, I’m helping! This was kept in a glass fronted “bunny” hutch in a smoke free home. There is no box. The base is marked “Bunny Toes Charter Edition 1996/1997 Welcome to the Club ©1996 Pacific Rim Import Corp. Made in China Item #7209”. The colors are vibrant, there are no nicks, chips or cracks but I did do a little repair. The bird on the nest was re-glued and a tiny bit of glue can be seen upon close or magnified inspection.
