1970s 1980s New York STATE POLICE License Plate pair Plates WITH REGISTRATION!!

Description

This pair appears to have an ordinary 1973 - 1986 number, but it comes with the registration certificate which shows that these plates were registered to the New York State Police in Albany. I am not sure if these tags were on a detective's car, or perhaps on an undercover vehicle, but they are genuine police plates. They were registered to the police, NOT an individual.
This pair of vintage license plates is 100% All Original. I have not even attempted to clean these tags. See the close-up photos for detail.
