    Description

This listing is for one 1940's U.S. Army Signal Corps/David White Theodolite ML-47(*) with Case. Instrument is in excellent condition could be restored or displayed as is. Online research leads me to believe it is an early 1940's model due to the side-mounted rheostat, gun sights, and brass construction. Item would have been used to sight aerial balloons. Item includes all items pictured in photos. Not working, sold as-is. Box reads ML-47-R and the base reads ML-47-E (see pictures).Own a rare piece of history.
