1931.
Mr. Reed, also, had an office at 256 South S. Bunker Hill, Los Angeles, California (that specific address is crossed out on this letterhead).
This letter is hand written and signed by
R. M. REED .
Two scans will show both sides.  One side is a letterhead and the reverse side is an oil and land map of the
R. CROSS RANCH
owned by W. R. W. C. Reed.
At the top part, it lists an area called
CRYSTAL WATER RANCH
owned by
STANDARD OIL COMPANY .
The Reeves County line and the Pecos County line cross the left side of the map.
CONDITION:  This letterhead has normal letter folds, is very old, but is in general good condition.  The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the item that is for sale.
This letterhead / map is rare.
